Where is Mushrif Park?
Mushrif Park (also called Mushrif National Park) sits on Al Khawaneej Street in eastern Dubai. Mirdif is to the west, Al Mizhar to the north and Al Warqaa to the south. It is close to Mirdif City Centre and Arabian Center, so many families from these areas drive over in a few minutes.
According to Aventura Parks, which operates inside the park, Mushrif Park is about 5 minutes from Mirdif City Centre, 8 minutes from Centrepoint Metro Station and 20 minutes from Downtown Dubai by car.

Mushrif Park gates: which entrance to use
Dubai Public Parks lists two entrances for Mushrif National Park, Gate 1 and Gate 2.

- Gate 1 (main entrance): off Al Khawaneej Street (D89). Most visitors use this gate. Aventura Parks recommends it as the best access point, and the Mushrif Park mountain bike trails start from an area next to the main gate.
- Gate 2: the park’s second entrance. It can be handy if you are heading to areas deeper inside the park; check the gate location in your map app before you set off.
Pick your gate based on what you plan to do:
| Going to | Best entry | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Mushrif Hub and bike trails | Gate 1 | Trails start next to the main gate |
| Mushrif Park hiking trail | Gate 1 | Trailhead is near Mushrif Hub |
| Aventura Park Dubai | Gate 1 | Follow the brown signs inside |
| Swimming pool, BBQ areas, playgrounds | Either gate | Drive inside and park near your spot |
How to reach Mushrif Park by car
Driving is the easiest way to reach Mushrif Park. Search for “Mushrif National Park Gate 1” in Google Maps or Waze, then follow the brown Mushrif Park signs on Al Khawaneej Street.
From Deira or Dubai Airport
Follow Airport Road (D89) east past Al Rashidiya and Mirdif. The road continues as Al Khawaneej Street, and the park entrance is signposted on this road.
From Downtown Dubai or Sheikh Zayed Road
Allow about 20 minutes outside peak traffic. Let your map app choose the route, as the fastest option changes with traffic, and aim for Al Khawaneej Street.
From Sharjah and the northern emirates
Use Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road (E311) and take the exit for Al Khawaneej Street, then follow the park signs.
Paying at the gate
Cars pay the gate fee on entry. Aventura Parks says the AED 10 car fee is charged by Dubai Municipality and can be paid by bank card or nol card. Keep one ready so you don’t hold up the queue. The per-person fee and free-entry groups are listed on our Mushrif Park tickets and entry fee page.
Parking at Mushrif Park
Mushrif Park has large parking areas inside, close to the main attractions. Once you are through the gate, you can park near the pool, the playgrounds, the BBQ areas or Aventura.

For the trails, cyclists and hikers usually use the car park next to the bike trail start near Mushrif Hub. Visitors also report a free car park just before Gate 1 that gives direct access to the trails.
On busy winter weekends, arrive shortly after opening to get a convenient parking space.
How to reach Mushrif Park by metro
There is no metro station at Mushrif Park. The nearest one is Centrepoint Metro Station (formerly Rashidiya), the last stop on the Red Line.
From Centrepoint you have two options:
- Taxi or ride-hailing (easiest): take a taxi, Careem or Uber from the station. The drive takes about 8–10 minutes. Ask for Mushrif Park Gate 1, or your exact activity (for example “Mushrif Hub”).
- Bus: walk to Rashidiya Bus Station next to the metro and take a bus along Al Khawaneej Street (see below).
How to reach Mushrif Park by bus
RTA buses run from Rashidiya Bus Station, next to Centrepoint Metro, along Al Khawaneej Street and stop at “Mushrif, Park 1”, the stop closest to the park.
A few things to know:
- Check the route number before you travel. RTA has renamed and changed several routes on this corridor in recent years, so older guides may show numbers that have changed. Search “Mushrif, Park 1” in the RTA S’hail app to see which buses serve the stop today and when the next one leaves.
- The stop is outside the park. It is on Al Khawaneej Street, not at the gate, so expect a walk to the entrance and possibly further to your activity. Check the walking route in Google Maps before you go, especially in hot weather.
- You need a nol card to ride RTA buses.
Getting to specific spots inside the park
Mushrif Park is big, so park as close as you can to your activity. The bike trails, hiking trail and Mushrif Hub are all near Gate 1. Aventura Park is signposted inside the park. Families heading to the Mushrif Park swimming pool, playgrounds or picnic areas can drive inside and park nearby. See things to do in Mushrif Park to plan your day.
Tips for getting there
- Arrive shortly after opening on weekends: car parks and bike rentals get busy from mid-morning in winter.
- Have a card or nol card ready for the gate fee.
- Use a taxi for the last stretch if you come by metro, especially with kids or in hot weather.
- Check park timings first: the park and the pool keep different hours. See Mushrif Park opening hours.
- Save your car park location on your phone. The park is large and the car parks look alike.
